• Custom orders commence on the next business day after payment is received and typically take 10-15 business days to complete.
• Delivery times vary based on location:
• Within Lagos: 1-3 business days
• Other Nigerian states: 3-7 business days
• International: 7-14 business days (subject to customs processing)
• We work with trusted couriers but cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit. Refunds are not available.
• Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Custom Orders

• Each piece is crafted according to the exact measurements provided by the client.
• Due to the personalized nature of these orders, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
• Minor adjustments for fit can be made for a better fit.
• We are not responsible for changes in the client’s measurements after the order is placed.
