1. Orders & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Naira (₦) and are subject to applicable taxes or fees.
• We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

• Custom orders commence on the next business day after payment is received and typically take 10-15 business days to complete.
• Delivery times vary based on location:
• Within Lagos: 1-3 business days
• Other Nigerian states: 3-7 business days
• International: 7-14 business days (subject to customs processing)
• We work with trusted couriers but cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit. Refunds are not available.
• Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Custom Orders

• Each piece is crafted according to the exact measurements provided by the client.
• Due to the personalized nature of these orders, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
• Minor adjustments for fit can be made for a better fit.
• We are not responsible for changes in the client’s measurements after the order is placed.

5. Product Disclaimer

• While we make every effort to accurately display colors, variations may occur due to differences in screen settings.
• Some ISAAC JON pieces are handcrafted, which may result in slight variations, adding to the uniqueness of each item.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the exclusive property of ISAAC JON.
• Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of our designs and materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we stand behind the quality of our products, ISAAC JON is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use.
